Resident DJ's
Danny Boy
Think deep bass lines, dirty and uplifting beats, synth’s, cool hooks, sexy female vocals, sweet melodies, evil chants and vicious rhythms and there you have it, Danny Boy in his purest form, a talent unlike no other.
After over seven years of plying his trade at some of Australia’s most prestigious residencies such as Deliverance of Bass and Recharge and at some of Australia’s biggest music festivals such as Adventjah, Danny Boy's style has progressed from Hard House to Tuff Electro.
His style is comparatively underground, catchy and unavoidably dancy. His sound is dirty, exceedingly hard and extremely grindy.
Being one half of the infamous duo Scratch'n Sniff, who 3D Magazine said were "energetic masters of the decks", Danny Boy's style prevails from the true Hard House culture.
His ability to turn eager crowds into crazy lunatics is instigated by his love for conducting absolute madness. His set will take you on an emotional roller coaster, with his in your face style, remarkable technique, energy, timely precision and unforgettable presence.
It has been the progression in dance culture over the years that has brought about Danny Boy's unique style today. Not one to be left behind Danny Boy is the one who sets the pace.
Having supported such luminaries as Lisa Lashes, Captain Tinrib, Max Alien, Karim, Andy Farley, Dave Randall, Rob Tissera, John Langford, Lab 4, Yoji Biomehanika, Nick Sentience and even Public Enemy to name a few Danny Boy has a wealth of experience that translates into his trademark sound that is guaranteed to rock any crowd at any venue…
2010 is shaping up to be his biggest year yet!

NewWorldAudio
Since beginning his career only 4 years ago as DJ Skotty, Scott Hanrahan has been industriously grinding away, steadily evolving, and has now launched an all out assault on the music industry.
Having evolving a new sound, a new name NewWorldAudio and an unstoppable talent for his love of Progressive House, New World Audio is producing up a storm!
Initially starting his career with over 4 residencies in the tropical far north of Australia, NewWorldAudio has now played supporting roles for some of the following International Dj’s Paul Van Dyk, Tom Neville, The Potbelleez, TV Rock and Vandalism to name a few.
But it was a 6 month odyssey to the southern states of Australia early in 2009 that the change came. Spending time on the Gold Coast, in Sydney, and in Melbourne, the name NewWorldAudio was born and with it came a deep love for progressive house.
This genre of music sparked a passion deep within and it was from that moment everything in the studio fell into place. Using the name NewWorldAudio as a production name Scott has been steadily working towards his goals in the studio, developing his sound, and in June 2009 he was signed to Melbourne dance label Indented Records, releasing a string of remixes and originals in late 2009…
Now with 6 originals and 8 remixes released, and many more tracks awaiting release, 2010 is shaping up to be massive year for NewWorldAudio.
3 of NewWorldAudio’s remixes have spent time at the coveted number 1 spot on one of the Internet’s most popular music download best seller charts. They were L&G – “Moose” – NewWorldAudio remix, which was knocked off the number 1 spot by Steve Angello’s “Tivolli”; Mayee – “Miles Away” – NewWorldAudio remix and DJ Straw - "Everything" - NewWorldAudio remix. Several other remixes also made the top 10 with all releases from NewWorldAudio charting well!
Following this success NewWorldAudio was offered a set at Australia’s biggest music festival Big Day Out, where he won over the crowd with his unique set style and track selection and following that was awarded best DJ/Producer for 2009 in the Timeout Awards.
Moving from strength to strength things can only get better for Scott. NewWorldAudio’s sound continues to develop and is becoming more refined with each release, his passion for music is insatiable, and his hunger to share it with the world has never been stronger. So climb on board, because it is the start of a new world… NewWorldAudio that is.
